The Data Controller processes personal data submitted via the enquiry form (name, e-mail address, phone number, message) solely for the purpose of responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and establishing business contact.
Processing is based on the data subject's voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form.
Personal data are retained for the duration of the business relationship or until a deletion request is received, but for no longer than 5 years.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Requests may be sent to info@qualion.hu.
Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; www.naih.hu) or seek judicial remedy.
